I met Rachel after calling the agency about a property in the window.
Peter Horowitz promptly called me and set me up with one of his agents.
After meeting with Rachel and discussing details - price range, location, proximity to subway/work/grocery stores she put together a short list of apartments within my constraints.
We saw 3 apartments on the first day, and I fell in love with the 3rd apartment in Woodside.
She helped navigate me through all stages from the initial offer to the closing meeting. Her recommendations were spot on; I ended up using her lawyer and mortgage broker.
